What's in My Sketchbook?

One of the things I'm interesting to draw and especially to paint is the Elemental.

And this is my first try of water drops.

I'm not sure if they look water drops at all.  What do you think?  Anyway I'll keep doing it until I get the hang of it.

Here are some YouTube videos on how to paint water drops.  They are not necessary the best as I'm sure there're heaps and heaps of other tutorial on the same subject.  Below are just a few from my search.

- Using Watercolor (I know of a very good one from Jan Kunz which I used to view on YouTube, but some how lost the link and can't seem to locate it on YouTube ... sorry!)

The sketch is also for Paint Party Friday - hosted by Eva and Kristin.  All are welcomed!  Do join in to share and support each other!

Cheers and have a lovely weekend! xxoo

I honestly don't know how anyone could mistake these for anything other than water drops so I'd say you painted them perfectly!

I just adore looking at your sketches, it doesn't matter what they are. I think you could probably draw crumpled tissues and shoelaces and make it beautiful.
