What's in My Sketchbook?

ThANk YoU

First off I'd like to thank all of you who have been leaving such fantastic comments to all my sketchbook pages.  Your comments help to fuel my belief in my creativity, my painting / drawing skill and my aesthetics.  YOU have made this possible for me to continue! Thank you!  :)

After the Pink Jelly Bean sketchbook page, another succulent plant urged me to do the same for him.  Here is my Black Prince (Echeveria Black Prince).

Other than the sketchbook page, I also want to show you that I have overcome my reputation as The Plant Killer (see my earlier post here for explanation).  You know why?  Because at long last, not only I didn't kill any of the succulents, they (or at least one of it) actually grow.

The sketch is also for Paint Party Friday (hosted by Eva and Kristin).  All are welcomed!  Do join in to share and support each other!

Cheers and have a wonderful weekend!

Congratulations on being a successful plant nurturer! We finally gave up on house plants after the last two (both money plants) gave up the ghost) Your painting is fabulous and you've really captured the big juicyness (if thats even a word!) of the leaves!

We have a rather large collection of succulent plants in our backyard. They love it there and really thrive. Thank Gah, because I don't exactly have a green thumb.

I love your submission! Very pretty. :-)

Hullo Hybrid J!

It's been a while since I've commented here, but I have been keeping an eye on your lovely drawings. Just wanted to drop by and tell you how much I've been enjoying them. You've got such a lovely style -- playful, and a bit whimsical.

Keep up the good work!
