Hybrid Tangles? Doodles?

As much as I'm working on NaNo story idea, I woke up over the weekends with images for Hybrid Tangles.

Why am I doing this? Anyway, I don't think they are really tangles, much more like abstract kind of doodles.

Here are 2 of them. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

They are both wonderful. You did an excellent job that looks 3d on the top one. It is perfect. I do not know what the would be considered.

I love both your tangles, I often do doodling just to pass time away, but repeat a lot of shapes and images, your seems very fluid and imaginative, great work!
Sounds like you are working hard on your story, wishing you all the best with it and thanks for you supportive words on my collage, really liking this new way of art journaling. Angie:)

I absolutely love your tangles.

Thanks for visiting my blog and therefore giving me a chance to visit yours.

I promised myself long ago that I would try to make doodles, but so far am unable to give myself over to it. I overthink it to the point that it paralyzes me. Someday.....

Love this direction you are taking with the tangles/doodles, abstract really seems to be your thing. Funny how something so simple can be so interesting.

Love your tangles! Sometimes I find that opening a creative activity of some kind will surprisingly generate a creative spark in a different field! Interestingly... Thank you for the peek into your creative world!

Hey. I love the motion of this piece and the energy of the red. And I like the fact that you don't know why you are doing these shapes. I find myself in that spot a lot. Glad to hear that it is not just me.

I really like the movement and freedom of your tangles.

Great images! I'm really drawn to the second one. And who knows, maybe the tangles will lead you to some information about your story!
