Bones (on colored background)

As promised, a different version of the bones cutting board on colored background.

I also like this positive cut of the skull with hanging plants.  Just on its own, it has the power to draw the viewer in and have the viewer imagining what the skull looks like.  Or in my case, I have a different reaction to the cut.  I feel like the animal is staring right at me ... as if it's asking me for something.

The Cutting Board

Making this board is fun as there is no rules.  The assemble is done at the spur of the moment.

All the skull work turned out better than I thought.  I'm quite pleased with myself ! :)

Bones and Flowers (on grey background)

I love the idea of presenting image of white on white background, but photographing them well is something that I need to learn more about.

For the time being, I'll be including colored background for viewers to see the cuts better.

Bones & Flowers

I'm forever in awe of the natural world.  It is full of wonders and beauty.

Apart from stones and pebbles, I also love bones and flowers. Something about them (animal skull and flower) together make sense to me.

Of this cut, I pushed myself to work on finer line work as I'd like know just how fine a cut I could achieve.

I'm quite happy with the result.  What do you think?
